Advisory & Consulting Services
We provide expertise, guidance and recommendations to clients looking for service providers in Cloud, Data and Voice technologies.
We are typically engaged on a project basis and often on a post project retainer to be our clients customer support conduit moving forward with their service providers.
Managed Services
For our Managed Service clients we act as a single point of contact for any service or billing issues with any KR1 recommended service providers. This ensures that any issues are resolved and service quality is promptly restored.
We maintain a complete and accurate inventory of the service provider account details for each of our clients. We also perform regularly scheduled reviews of all account information and issues with all KR1 Consulting clients
